I had a great one-night stay at this place. The staff were really friendly, which made my experience even better. It was nice that they provided toilet paper and a basin in the room. I felt lucky to have found this place and would definitely recommend it to others.

Everything was perfect, me and my child really enjoyed the stay. The location was indeed marvellous, really close to the city centre. Rooms were excellent with comfy bed and lovely bathroom, I could use a mini refrigerator and a big window.

This place provided a peaceful and convenient location, right in the heart of the city and close to the city centre.

I had a fabulous stay at the Modern Studio Flat in Nottingham. The property consists of two studio flats in the owner's garden, and I stayed in Flat 1. It had a private entrance and was totally self-contained. The room was spacious with two double beds, one of which was super comfy. The shower room was clean and well-equipped, with shower gel, toothpaste, and new sealed toothbrushes available. The studio flat also had a big TV with Netflix, a microwave, fridge, kettle, and all the necessary cutlery and plates. Parking was right outside, and it was only a 16-minute walk or a cheap Uber/taxi ride into town. it was a well-thought-out and comfortable place to stay.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The directions were spot on, making it incredibly easy to find this modern studio flat with free parking, Netflix, and a private entrance. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room was clean and well-equipped, with amenities such as a kettle, microwave, and small fridge. The complimentary teabags and sugar sachets were a nice touch. The internet TV allowed us to enjoy Netflix and YouTube during our stay. The shower room had all the necessary supplies, including toilet paper and sprays for cleaning. The quiet location and CCTV on site made us feel safe. We definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again.

The rooms here were really nice, with a lovely bathroom and two double beds, plus a great peaceful location just a 10-minute drive from a famous castle.
